Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by client: A cancellation request must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.
Advance payments: Advance and onboarding amounts are generally non-refundable once project planning, discovery, or initial execution has started.
Refund eligibility: Refunds, when applicable, are calculated only for unstarted portions of work and after deducting completed effort, third-party costs, and transaction charges.
Digital marketing and SEO services: Since these are performance and effort based, monthly retainers and completed campaign cycles are non-refundable.
Resolution timeline: Approved refund cases are processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment channel where feasible.
